As Project Management Officer (PMO) - Supply Chain, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include tracking missing parts, establishing Line of Balance for critical parts, and deploying the Zer0M approach to enhance supply chain performance. You will collaborate closely with logistics, production, and suppliers to address shortages proactively.

your responsibilities

Daily Missing Parts Tracking:

• Monitor and track the status of missing parts on a daily basis.
•  Collaborate closely with logistics and production teams to ensure all upcoming shortages are captured promptly.

Line of Balance Setup:

• Establish a Line of Balance for critical parts, categorized as black/orange/blue +red.
• Work alongside the Supply team to assign a Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM) responsible for each delinquent supplier as early as possible.

Deployment of Zer0M Approach:

• Implement the Zer0M approach to streamline and optimize supply chain processes, minimizing delays and inefficiencies.

our requirements

• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• A solid understanding of supply chain principles, scheduling, and logistics is required to effectively perform in this role.
  
• Previous experience in a production environment would be a definitive asset by providing an understanding of the challenges and dynamics of manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Google Suite tools would be beneficial.
